A brief flash of citrus and spice opens Khashab Al Oud before it turns dark. The heart is oud and resinous woods, dense and faintly sticky, the resin lending a balsamic sweetness that softens the wood's edges.
Sandalwood, amber and vanilla make up the base. Sandalwood is the important one — creamier and smoother than the oud above it, it rounds the whole composition as it settles. The result is bold without being austere.
A cold-weather fragrance, and the most approachable of the oud-led scents here.
